Material is chosen intentionally, each one bringing a different quality to the work. Polymer clay became part of the studio’s early practice, while air-dried deco clay lends itself to creating softer, hand-shaped details. Porcelain, valued as a refined imported material, is known for its translucency and delicacy.
Resin and glass are often introduced where light and movement become part of the piece itself. At times, multiple materials come together when a single material cannot hold the full complexity of an idea.
