Padme Hum Studio, India
Founded: December 2011
This is where it all began, and where Tania’s work carries its deepest social meaning. Padme Hum India is a social enterprise that creates employment opportunities for women from under-resourced communities, providing them with craft skills, stable income, and a safe space to work. The studio specialises in realistic porcelain clay flower pieces and has become one of India’s leading artisan gifting studios.
The name Padme Hum means lotus flower, beauty rising from struggle. This studio embodies that meaning literally.
